Wisp, the AI core

An AI that runs the firm’s work, not just talks about it.

Wisp is wired into the same layer as every Firmlytics screen. It can answer from live data, propose a plan of real actions across modules, show you what each step will do, and carry it out once you approve, never with more authority than you have.

Capabilities

What Wisp, the AI core does.

01

Answers from live data

WIP, collections, utilisation, deadlines: computed from the ERP, not guessed, with tables and charts.

02

Acts in every module

The same 850 actions behind the screens, from opening a job to drafting invoices to running payroll.

03

Plans you review once

A request touching several modules becomes one plan, with steps that build on each other.

04

Previews from real checks

Each step runs its real validations before you approve, so the card shows what will actually happen.

05

Guardrails by design

Risk tiers, four-eyes approvals, irreversible-action flags, duplicate protection and an AI audit log.

06

Proactive

Scheduled reports, alerts, a daily digest, memory and suggested follow-ups.

Questions

Wisp, the AI core: common questions.

What is Wisp in Firmlytics?

Wisp is the AI core of Firmlytics. It answers questions from the firm’s live ERP data and can take actions across every module through the same layer the screens use, with the user reviewing and approving each plan.

Can Wisp do more than the user could do themselves?

No. Everything Wisp does runs the same module, permission, quota and policy checks as the equivalent screen, for the person who asked.

Will Wisp act without asking?

No. Changes are proposed as a plan with a preview of each step. High-risk steps need an explicit acknowledgement, and actions that need a second person go to that person for approval.
